15 Day Return Guarantee

Thank you for shopping with us.

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days after receiving your products,given avalid reason,and provided the items are in the same condition as when received.

What’s Return/Exchange Policy?

Returned products must be in unharmed, as-new condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed. Otherwise,returns may be subject to refusal.

Return shipping fees will be at your own expense.

We do not accept a “return” package or product without receiving a notification upfront and without agreeing to the return/refund/exchange.

We do not accept packages returned using the COD service.

Don't return the package to the shipping address on the shipping label, please send it to the specified address in the return/exchange policy or the one that will be given to you by our customer service representative.

We do not accept any returns that haven’t come as a request through the customer service first. If you want to make a return, please contact customer service and return to the address provided by the representative.
